We love them, very easy to use and maintain. We used to make all of ours and they fail to compete with these that are professionally made. Well worth the money.

Solid versatile product
I like these risers. First the length is easily adjustable in regular increments and secure once adjusted; so that one does not have to continually check to see if a collar was tightened down, like on the painter pole ones. The shape of the bar holder is perfect no matter how one uses it. When I was young, I used to routinely put bars up by myself for my 17-6 to 18-0 training partner; and a product like this would have made my job a lot easier, because one does not have to twist the riser very hard for it to grip the crossbar adequately. For the officiating teams using two people to put the bar up, the hooks on the end make it easier to control the bar early in the process of raising it. It also it built solidly and unlike to break or fail at an inopportune time.
