Awesome tool for many uses including acceleration mechanics, blocks and speed maintenance. The sleds are steel and well built. I own 3 sleds. They have lasted me 6 plus years with no issues at all.. definitely recommend it for any and all training ne

Put to good use over the years

I was asked to try this sled out with my sprinters when it was a prototype. There are now 8 of them in the collection. Good use for light or heavy sled pulls or anything in between.

    Great training tool!

This sled had been a huge benefit to us. We use it in the pre-season in resistance training and it helps us progress as we add blocks throughout the season. It’s light enough for young and beginning athletes, but can handle increased loads for more experienced athletes and higher intensity training design.

    Quality built product

we use these almost non-stop during the year. Pre-season it allows the sprinters to develop strength and speed and during the season it allows the sprinters to focus on form.
