This unique design includes a stretchable neoprene strapping system which secures the vest to your body while allowing the vest to expand and accommodate to your normal breathing pattern during exercise. Vest holds double stitched 1/2 lb shot filled weight packs. Additional weight packs available to adjust the short vest up to 20 lb or the long vest up to 40 lb.
