    High quality starting blocks

    These are excellent starting blocks. The adjustable pedals are well constructed from solid materials for durability. These are much lighter than my old Newton blocks, but they stick to the track just fine if you use the long (roughly half inch) spikes they come with. The only two things I don’t love is that the pedals are not attached and there is no handle, which make them a little aukward to carry across the track and back to the car. Overall, they are about as good a set as you will find on any competition track.
